did you pay w/ credit card by any chance? if I remember correctly they wait a month before paying out credit card customers
Yes I have paid with my card it was a hard task, I recommend purchasing contracts with BTC lol.
I did read they hold back payments, but I figured they would show up in my pending payments since I paid with CC.

cloud mining services are horrible and you will always lose money compared to them. Never purchase conracts with btc, that's the worse idea possible, u'll never get 100% roi

Yes! This is actually my first time using genesis or any service like it.
I do have a minergate contract going as well with no refferals, but it was a small contract.
