The photos or post that he mentioned are those with low quality, unclear source and lack of elaboration (if it's attached to a post). I agree with @spectrumecons some post were even not properly written and being translated by google translate and just got pasted without being reviewed or edited. It is a pain but, it happens everywhere. Group power possession and delegation always win. So strategy does play a big role in this platform. Anyway thanks for sharing @spectrumecons.
