The first Donation goes to "Save the Children". After that the Community will be able to suggest Charities on a regular basis and to vote for the one that shall receive the Donation. It´s a Project that can only be successful with and through the Involvement of the Steemit Community, so that all Steemians should be able to determine how the money shall be used.

I´d be happy in case Project Steem will end up sending checks to all different kinds of charities all around the world. May it be a small or big organization, the only thing that counts is that the Money will be used to make our world a better Place!
