Really a very nice suggestion @ogoowinner! But I think this will still take some time before being realised!
Just have an idea for you for the time being to help out those you brought in here : Organize a weekly class for like 1 hour and gather all those willing to learn and you show them.

Lol! That's the point I'm trying to make. I'm not good at tutoring people. I need someone else to do that for me. I can easily convince them to join, someone else should follow them up.
