I have to refund STEEM manually currently. Will do it in a moment :)
I had a situation when one transfer was broadcasted several times (probably steem node error) and @tipU made several refunds for only one vote request - which meant loosing money. That's why I'm making manual refunds for now (for duplicated vote requests).
I had the following situation. There was a post which already had a @tipu upvote. I have not seen this tipu upvote and upvoted it a second time. Now this posting has two comments from tipu. https://steemit.com/steemfest/@oleg326756/help-me-to-go-to-steemfest-in-krakow-please
Then I wanted to know, what happens, if I do the same with a posting of my own. @tipu did not make a second vote correct. But when I tried it again with STEEM, they disappeared.

Thank you! Everything is okay now :-)
