Earn.com is not powered from steem blockchain.. what are you talking about??
Just bumped into it while I was surfing. Steemit was new to me, too.
Also Earn works with payouts and rewards, so I thought I saw a connection.
The post specifically says about alternative platforms to steemit that are powered by steem blockchain..
