Hi @michaeldavid, sorry but I probably didn't explain my comment properly. What I meant to say was that I think there might also be young children reading stories or learning from channels like steemeducation and since I don't know if we have some type of parental control or censoring of material inappropriate for young children we might need to tone it down a little or express things in a different way but with the same effect. I have been doing this with my #infographics and hoping to turn some frustrations into creative energy instead. I am not a developer, but as a UX designer I am also trying to contribute to the improvement of the user interface design by providing suggestions to projects like utopian.io.
But I am glad to see people comfortable with speaking their mind on Steemit and most of the discussions and debate (and rants) I see are actually constructive and come from good intentions. I hope we can all continue to make this the community that we all know it can be :)
