I am originally from Brisbane where it is beautiful in winter and pretty hot & humid in summer so you would definitely love it :) I have also lived in Sydney where the weather is similar and Melbourne where the weather is unpredictable at best (except in winter when it is cold). I assume you didn't spend time in the colder parts of China then?

I have actually been to Brisbane, it was an awesome place . My brother studied in the uni there - I think it's called Queensland uni - I forgot.
I have only been living in the middle part of China. But the thing is that the winters are the most nasty here because it's a humid cold and the houses are not isolated here and do not have central heating. You can loose your balls to frostbite if you are not careful
It would have either been the University of Queensland or Queensland University of Technology (I am guessing it is the latter because I remember there being lots of Swedish students when I attended).
I have to say that I don't know much about the middle part of China (even though it is called the Middle Kindgom :D), but humidity and coldness doesn't mix well :p I'll have to check to see if you have written any interesting posts about your experiences living in China :)
I think it must was actually university of Queensland - he studied philosophy, but I'm not a hundred. Hehe I might have one or two stories about the experiences here. One is very embarrassing lol
