Thank you @sterlinluxan for this post. Watching the video has answered a few questions I had about how things work. You explained clearly how each phase works. I also love that you called Steemit a compassionate community. I see that in quite a few posts. I am glad you all outnumber the ones who are just here to earn a dollar. I have only been on steem for almost a week now, and I am seeing myself as a lifer at this point.
