How to get successful on STEEMit by making STEEMIT better with a simple IDEA. Steemit staff, if you guys hear me check this out.

It's very simple. Chances are you have barely none. No chance to get successful on STEEM.
No matter how nice your articles are, no matter how nicely written and done, no matter if you post interesting stuff.
It's like playing the lottery and the reason is very simple. It's how many views gets your articles that will make the difference. BUT this is some facts :

  1. You have approximatively few seconds to get your article seen before it disappear in the deep
  2. You have a chance out of 1.000.000 that people resteem your article
  3. You could invest in yourself by promoting but everyone knows it takes big money to do that
  4. You could use some resteem bot but everyone knows it's not that useful and pretty expensive for the ROI
  5. Get resteem by a popular steemer (big fish) who liked your article but chances are big fish don't automatically gives a shit about little fish and for the resteem (even if he likes your article) chances are extremely thin. No one resteem, go figure...

So, if you had to find one unique reason to why it's barely impossible to get popular, read, seen it's simple :
YOUR ARTICLES HAVE FEW SECONDS OF VISIBILITY

So, what could we do about it?
make it more visible right? so imagine people that like my article, have this article in their last activity
"X loved "this article" 5 mins ago"
Here we go! Articles don't die in the blockchain with just dust and bot to see it. On top of that, cherry on the cake, steemit should let articles get rewarded even after the 7 days. I have often found interesting or helpful articles few months old and the guy who did a good job with it won't receive anything for his work and for having helping me or others and that, guys, IS NOT FAIR.

STEEM worth +3,40$ right now. Could we try to help everyone to get a piece of the pie or are you all going to play the big fish like it already is in our everyday life? Why reproduce the system that most people here doesn't like ? Seriously ?
BIG FISH, help little fish, STEEMIT help little fish. How can you explain that to me :
A guy wrote something interesting and made a great article with a huge reputation and got +500$
Another guy with less reputation did a great article too even better than the other one on the same topic (more detailed, more sources, more images, more everything...) and got 0.30$ is that fair ?
It's not.

Be a part of the change, and stop being a elitist bitch, we already have enough with our bank/gov/institutions

Be a part of that thought and resteem

Yes of a truth, most people who are big fish don't give a dime about the upcoming steemians. I have seen in most cases where people with low reputation and steem power drop great post with wonderful picture and explanation but with low reward and you see big fish with high reputation and high steem power with high reward, check it out the post many just been full of junks or with few words and the outcome is like wow.

Am not angry about their earning, because i know it is not easy to become a big fish in the steemit ocean. But what suprise most newbies instead of helping fellow newbies they go on upvoting whale post and at most time their upvote does not add not even a cent to the post. I think it is time we all help one another both big and small fish. Steemit is all about helping one another on this we can grow.

I completely agree.

that is just the fact & the whole truth.
