8. Steem Price Update
Thanks for your worth reading. I think very soon the steem price will move. but this the critical time for steem.
I'll stay active even when the steem price is low. It's still fun to be here and what I make may well be worth more later. We need to keep the momentum going. The Alexa rank is also falling after a long rise. Need to turn that around
The Alexa rank drop has me very troubled, and the activity isn't growing at all.
A lower price seems to affect activity. I kept posting even when steem was 6c. That has paid off. Steemit is fun for me anyway. It's not just about the money
I feel the same way, it's a hobby for me.
Less people using Steemit I guess
Are these new accounts reliable in that sense that they are dependent on when the Steemit team accepts them since they are done manually?

Thats is great report on steemit all is good but active users must be increase
Good stats. It seems the registration of new members reduced drastically due to the fall in price of steem. I have notice whenever Steem appreciate, everything follows.
New accounts created.
One day 56k, the next 5k, that's a big difference, how come?
Steemit.com has to approve each new account that is created on steemit.com manually. Alternatively, it's possible to create an account using a service like anonsteem. These accounts are instantly created.
In the picture it says: Weekly account creation.
So it was in week 11 of year 2018 when 56k came in new and week 12 when 5k new accounts were created. I hope this makes it appear less dramatic :D

I was wondering, do you also have stats about the number of posts distributed over a day (per hour for example)?
I once made a post about the usage per hour, although it is almost a year ago now. Maybe I should do an update on this ;-)
