3. Daily accounts transacting

A 'transacting account' is a Steem account that made at least one transaction on the Steem blockchain. This can be a vote, post, comment, transfer, power up or sbd conversion. Users who only read from the Steem blockchain without interacting are not included. The actual number of 'Active users' is therefore much higher than the accounts transacting.

8. Steem Price Update

Thank you 👍
Thanks for the info!
Thanks for the mention.
Go you! I was happy to see that power up :)
Props where props are due :-) powering up always helps the community overall!
Thanks mate - yeah I was feeling bad when I powered it down - but now it is back up. I am confident about all here. I follow you now - nice photography on your profile spotted.
Haha, well depending on when you did it you were more intelligent than me. I basically lost $100k from not powering down last winter because I didn't believe in fiat, but yeah it definitely hurt—because if I had I could be a whale now and support a lot more people :/
We live and we learn!
P.S. Thanks for the support :-D
Haha - I am still crying when I remember the times Steem was at 7 Cents around early 2017 and I thought of buying but thought hmmm, maybe no good idea - some did it and are whales now - I missed it - could kick myself in the butt still
@uwelang omg... I wish I could've bought at those levels too! I hadn't even heard about STEEM back then. I found out about it in June 2018 and was buying in a lot at $2.75.... then I had to watch it slowly decline for months! The joys of investing... xD
Damn - that is tough - sorry to hear but we all know Steem at 20$ soon 😎
Awesome as per normal - great reading
Stats doesnt look to good. What is your estimation of steemits future? You do analytics for quite a long time. Thanks for your answer
Steem is much more than Steemit. I don't think Steemit.com will be the next big thing, but I'm very bullish on Steem because of SMTs. I think many crypto investors outside our community have never heard of SMTs yet and once it will be released next year I expect many will begin to see its potential. I expect many new decentrialised applications will be released on the Steem blockchain next year and together they will onboard a lot of new users thanks to the upcoming hard fork (HF20). With SMTs, existing websites and online communities can launch their own tokens on the Steem blockchain. Once a few large websites launch an SMT Steem will get a lot of attention. By then I expect Steem will be at least a top 20 cryptocurrency.
Yes, I agree. The real potential is in fee-less transactions to the user, especially for the small amounts often given as upvotes or tips. Let's hope the SMT launch is not too far away.
Thank for the mention
