Man, thats a lot of people on here. I need to get around a little more. Im tired of seeing the same things and not really growing. Anybody have a little advice on gaining connectivity throughout steemit?

As per your daily Steem status reports, it is clear that the number of users is increasing and I thought about the bandwidth usage of the newcomers which seem to face difficulties in their ability to post more. I tried to find also some solutions about it and write about them, and I hope this will be solved in the near future :)

Can you confirm something for me. Per the whitepaper, the inflation rate diminishes each year until it goes to .1% at which time it will be set to zero.
Does this mean no new coins will be created or the creation of new coins will continue but at the exact same rate as the blocks (250,000) before it.
Asked another way, is there an upper limit like BTC to the number of coins created?
