The same thing happened with me. I was going to update my blog with my story but after hitting the submit, it took close to 30 seconds before landing me on the feeds with my posts missing.
Thankfully, I had typed with a word pad. I went back, copied the same thing and posted but got similar results.
It was then I remembered the beta version that someone had mentioned earlier. I had actually checked it out but forgot about it.
I tried it, (beta.chainbb.com) and got my post updated in seconds.
