Why you will probably make as much money on steem as you will on facebook or reddit!

Steemit is awesome, steemit offers people the ability to put together some interesting intelligent or entertaining materials and get paid some reward by the readership.

This is similar to other Social Media websites that do not feel any need to reward their memberships talent pool. In other words, these rich charity cases just accept your hard efforts as donations to their profit bottom line. They make no pretext to have any interest in you, but do offer silly free games and other clutter and trash as 'rewards' for using their platforms...

Steemit is basically the same except it offers you a free bingo lottery prize every time you post. Thus people expect to post and make money. However like the real world that almost never happens, how many lotteries's have you won? Let us assume you have won the steem lottery here and made over 5,000 dollars. What do you think the odds of repeating that windfall again; basically nonexistent.

Sure there are writers, artists, musicians, actors, stockbrokers, athletes and gigolos who make serious reliable repeatable incomes but the percentage is well under one percent. The people making the serious money here in the steemuniverse are seriously hard core professionals. They have served years learning the art of writing and how to create interesting and engaging stories...

So steemit just wants you to create useful entertaining helpful material and take your chances other members will like and reward it. Sometimes I just write something to voice my opinion about how honest politicians are, sometimes I try and write to entertain or inform; simply see you in steemland as I study and practice to make writings more engaging.

/hugs ;)
