Thanks for that video, reputation is quite important and understanding it is great, the explanation wasn't too long, quite clear and you're getting better at it.

My understanding

  • Doing relevant contributions well worked, nothing useless
  • Get seen by reputed people
  • Ensure traction by comenting and voting on your own posts
  • Be careful with what you do to avoid downvoting

A little suggestion

At the begining there is a lot of explanations redundant for already following users. But this is just something I noticed, not that much bothering and maybe better for acquiring new followers. You probably know better than me, that was just an observation.

On some reputed people, I see a lot of link to guide new comers to the introduction and most relevant videos repeated on each posts with other information such as : patreon, social networks account, etc.

Does that extra repeated text also boost your reputation you think?
