What is wrong with her internet connection? She could always just work from her phone.

Might be a good idea for a crash course on wallet backup and intro creation when she starts.
right - o! She is going to send me her intro when she writes it.
Have her send the proof of life photo and four other related to the post and we can create her wallet and back it up and so on.
