Jerry your post is misleading. There is no mention of the reverse auction mechanism that in fact penalize early voters by forfeiting a portion of the curation rewards in favor of the authors.
For clarity when I say early voters I mean voting within the first 30 minutes of a post being published.

If people follow your advise in this post they will be making less curation rewards and authors who are not established will be left hungry for attention.
This doesn't mean that I am against voting bots...I use steemvoter myself but I reserve part of my voting power (little as it may be) on authors who are just starting out.
In my view spreading the wealth gives me a much larger ROI in the long run.
