Most times I post, to see if people will appreciate my writing and the ideas I put in. Again to improve my writing ability and my use of dictions or when I have anything to share for fellow steemians to know about. Especially local things.
My friend said he is on STEEMIT to get the pay. I was like, nor be lie ooo. We every day try to make posts that will attract upvotes.
Some welcome me on my introducemyself and said I shouldn't focus on the money but make positive impact by contributing to open source projects which I have been doing but not getting upvotes enough as I had expected.
I could roughly estimate that 50percent of steemians registered because of the money.
A lot steemians have been recently plagiarizing just to get upvotes.
What measures do STEEMIT has in knowing that a post was plagiarized?
What is/are really your aim for joining steemit?
Where you told what STEEMIT really all about before joining? Was there any terms and conditions?
Did you join because of the money?
My friend who introduced me to STEEMIT told me that steemit want traffic, and am sure it has achieved that now.
STEEMIT is becoming more like Google because you can get almost any information you need this days on it.
I joined so fellow steemians around the world can know that Olori Joshua from Nigeria, West Africa exist. I in my introduceyourself wrote about my biography. I believe am now known to the world.
What other reasons apart from all I said above is your aim of joining this community ?
