All Steem Dollars used to advertise in the promoted content section is going to the @null account. In a future hard fork all these Steem Dollars will be removed.
Can you elaborate on what that means? What is a "hard fork," and will those Steem Dollars effectively be removed from circulation (as in disinflation, or am I not understanding)?
Also, why is Null being funded with Steem Dollars rather than Steem?
Hardfork is when they write new instructions into the blockchain program.
I believe they will be removed from circulation but i am not sure.
i presume null is being funded with SBD instead of steem because SBD can be transfered directly and that all the rewards are SBD.
when you want to promote a post, first look at the category in which you want to post and look the promoted section. i.e. photography, promoted. look at the boost payments listed on the posts, if a post has a boost of $1.00 then if you promote your post to $1.01 your post will be above the $1.00 1

What do they do with the @null money . I think they just destroy it or maybe use it for something els?
its too bad
null is the account where all the "promote" money goes. As far as I know.
that's why some account transfered to null. the question is, how much promote i will get for 1 SBD? :D
thankyou for your attention
