Even though the new users seem to vote with 0.01 it is not true. It needs to show you 0.01 but in fact you vote with around 0.00009 or around that value, but it will show you 0.01 because the earned value does not show you 5 decimals.

Besides this, New users do not have really little Steem Power because they have the delegated 27 SP. This 27 SP are delegated to new users only for a certain time until you build you own steem power. So you might have the same SP as a new user after a certain time.
I think that is actually not correct. Before hardfork 19 on June 20th all newcomers made 0.00 with their clicks because by then each upvote used 0.5% of the Steem Power and afterwards 2%. So I think when it says 0.01 it actually means that. But then again the vote will lower in value with the overall pool still being going down. We all have to be a bit more patient. In two weeks is the BitCoin SegWit and afterwards the market will stabilize again. By then the Steempool for all our upvotes should have reached equilibrium as well and not sink any further.
