Looks strange... I know that the @steemitblog have released some notes on how Hard Fork 20 will change payouts that are less than $0.02 if I am not mistaken. However, that version is not supposed to be live yet. Check that blog post to see if it helps. Also, make sure that beneficiaries are not being assigned to your payouts for whatever reason (unauthorized access or the sorts). Hope you figure it out!
