I have had most positive results with the advice to comment on other's posts. It is natural and friendly to go to their site once you receive a comment. It has helped in creating a small group of regulars!

My main focus on estimating my growth is the reputation score. Iit will be a while for me to hit the 70 mark. Congrats on that!

I feel pretty good that I have never asked or invited upvotes. I also made the decision not to buy votes so am off to a really slow start. Never understood why one would feel the meed to ask for a vote....it is the purpose of Steemit, why would you need to remind anyone?

Been a few times I was feeling like this is useless but still here and don't plan on going anywhere soon.
