There are a lot of ways for you to create a Delegation link but the most easiest of them is to go to Steembottracker. It is a website that tracks Not activities on Steemit and a lot of other stuff. It is created by a well known dev I'm the community called yabapmatt so be at ease.
Once you open the link you will find a blank space where you need to enter your Steemit Username.
Enter your username there without the @ and load. Now it will load your current SP and your Delegation list if you have any.
After you hit load you will get this type of response. Notice the Delegatee bar, you need to put my username there and on the next tab enter the amount you want to delegate. For example you are delegating 200 SP to me so it should look like this
Then click on delegate. This will open a pop-up window which is the link I would have given you. You will see something like this.
Now click on continue and enter your Steem credentials to complete the transaction. If you are worried about your Credentials being stolen then be at ease as STEEM connect is completely secured and operated by Busy which you may know about.
Sorry man I was half awake at that Time so I fell back to sleep after One reply. For 1000 SP you will get an Upvote which would be worth around 40 - 45 cents per day I am giving you a limit because sometimes the vote may vary 1 cent up or down due to my own VP.

Thanks for the info!! How long is the delegation good for and when will I get the SP back? I can do the delegation later this evening.
The Delegation will be good for as long as you like. You can undelegate the SP anytime but it will take 5 days for the SP to come back to you.
As long as I have your delegated SP you will always receive an Upvote from me.
