Droves of non-crypto users are now using steemit.com and need to get bitcoin to buy steem power. Steemit can integrate a link to Coinbase on the steem power deposit page.
This would make the lives of those new users much easier, as they don't have go searching for a way to acquire bitcoin, plus all the money steemit could earn from the affiliate program :)
I have earned money promoting the coinbase affiliate program on my YouTube channel. The promotion is I get $10 free and the new coinbase customer gets $10 free when they purchase $100 or more in bitcoin from coinbase.
