I had a similar downvote too once and I checked the user's profile and found out she's been downvoting a lot of comments and posts. I told her whether she has any idea what she's doing? Can't remember if she replied or not or if she removed her downvote or not as I couldn't be bothered to follow up on it since her account was new and her vote/downvote wasn't worth much...
