Today.
All the payments are gathered from one whole day and then sent as a bulk to the delegation marketplace close to midnight. Then, at midnight, the shares are counted and votes are preplanned. Voting itself takes place all throughout the next day. So therefore, there is up to one day delay between your payment and when You receive Your upvotes. This has to be done to ensure fair distribution of voting power all throughout the day
