steemit question

in #steemit7 years ago

So I've noticed the subtle change in the layout and how it looks, which I do believe is better but have only one issue. I'm still fairly new so I wasn't sure if there was any forum or someplace to ask about this and I did do some googling but to no avail. Anyways, the issue is that when I'm reading on a topic on my feed or whatever and then I click to on let's say the "new" link on the page, it will bring me to new but have the topic that I was looking at instead of just all the new posts. Does any one know if there is any way to click away from the topic? It's not that big of an issue but it bothers me.

There might be a Discord forum. But basically, you just watch the #Steemit hashtag and see if one of the big guys posts an article about what is going on.

Thank You!! That's very helpful, I will keep an eye out on that

@milife. Yes it seems like a new feature. If you click on any topic in the left-hand column, (e.g. bitcoin) then when you click on new, trending, promoted etc, it will only show topics related to bitcoin.

To stop this, click on the Steemit logo at the top lefty of your screen.

OMG Thank you!!! That is very helpful and time saving because I've been going back to "my blog" and then back out the the feed to clear it which was really annoying. Thanks again and Have a nice day!!!
