We often get up on the hungry night and eat, without realizing why this is happening. Although we all know that food needs to consume a few hours before we sleep, the temptation to eat is too high. Recent studies have identified a hormone that causes increased hunger at dinner, mainly in people who are prone to stress and in people who are more likely to eat.
To prove this, a volunteer study was conducted in the 18-50 age group, who were left for hours without having eaten before the meal. At the same time, the level of stress was measured through their mimics. In the end it was noted that people who were more stressed consumed more food than others, because stress activates the hormone in question.
Expert advice if you want to resist hunger hormone is to consume 3 genuine meals and take care of mental health through meditation and physical activity. Knowing this, people may be jeopardizing the risk of overweight being saturated well earlier, as well as working with themselves to reduce the level of stress.
I can’t say I ever actually do that! I always sleep through the night! Interesting to read why though.
