You will get the slider at 500 sp.

Look into delegation with minnowbooster.

This can get your vote power up quickly.

Your vote value is around .00014-.0002 times your total sp. :) (I think i changes periodically, I've seen it as high as .0004)

Don't delegate out any sp till you have extra as it will lower your vote power.
