It looks like there are more articles about how to write a good blog post than actual blog posts on Steemit.

Nobody bothers posting any original content anymore.
Why?
Because the whales only vote for any posts with the following topics:
Anything else gets ignored
I used to post content, but just don't bother anymore. I get more rewards commenting on articles for the three topics above.
I said this before, the whales are cutting their own throats with their voting, they are chasing good people that contribute good content away. That is how Steemit will die if they continue in their current ways.
The SP is not spread across a diverse enough audience. Then there will be more balanced content getting votes.
Sad, really.
And steemit.com is too much time down to consider it a good blogging platform.
I really like the idea of Steemit, I think things just need to work a bit better. Guess it will come with the platform maturing.
We all hope so, since we're still here!
Yeah, lets hope it remains that way :-)
It's true because obvious guides that help someone make 1000$ must be worth more right?
Meanwhile no actual content gets contributed and someone made 1000. #downfalls
They just sell hopes and wishes. Considering how many people on steemit dream about free money, maybe a reasonable strategy.
is like just write already rather than keep posting about how to write.
I don't think those people are actual bloggers, just copypasting/rewriting someone else.
What I find funny is the posts about how to be successful and make lots of money on Steemit, then you look at the profile of the author and they've never had a post with more than a handful of likes and a few cents of earnings.
Maybe they post their dreams and fantasies, it's some kind of a substitute for the reality.
There are bloggers on here, they just get buried amongst all the other "content" on here. Did you know there's a guy here that does nothing but post about potatoes?
Potatoes are very important for the humanity!
i`m a real blogger, check out @sisterholics!
Good to know there actually are some bloggers here!
Supply and demand. If you see a niche in blogging, fill it. Instead of wondering where the rest is, take their main course and desserts.
I'm afraid if there's no supply, there will be no demand either.

I know, right!
