Yeah... Steem price is down considerably... as any other crypto
As of "power shortage" - I think that it's a 2 factors here:
- 10 ups a day now vs 40 before. You can slide down vp, but its easier to make 10 full power ups
- People are upvoting themselfs, not a content ((
