You may not be aware of this due to the language or cultural differences, but what you're doing by linking to your content with no context and asking for people to vote and comment with no regard to the quality of the content (i.e. the "follow back" routine) isn't helpful for this platform. It's actually spam. You'd do much better by adding relevant, quality comments and only link to your own content when it directly adds value to the conversation.
