Ingredients
8 slices of white bread
Nutella (about 8 teaspoons)
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Butter
Preparation
The first thing to do is cut the edge of the bread and crush it with the palm of the hand. Then mix the egg with the milk and stir until homogeneous. Combine sugar with cinnamon. Place a strip of Nutella along the bread. Roll and add in the egg and milk mixture until it is wet enough. Add above the sugar and cinnamon mixture and leave on a plate. Repeat with all slices of bread.
Then roll the rolls in a frying pan and cook over low heat. Turn around constantly so they do not stick. After 10 minutes, serve.
