Some are responsible some not... I believe the most are responsible enough... I know a bot whale that reviews all his upvotes and change his vote when he things it is better... 2 weeks is a short period of time,too soon to judge, the introduceyourself madness will stop at some time, they are already voting less in this category... (you can not see this because marketcap has increased dramatically the last week and you see the same $ results)... I thing everything will sort out in a better way the weeks to come....
