Hey Vaan, like a lot of new steemies, I had no idea of this Witness concept until I ran across a post where it was mentioned and thought huh????

Clear though your post is, there are aspects of this that I still can't quite get my head around. And that got me thinking...why isn't there a steemit page filled with FAQs, a Glossary of terminology/word definitions and a super clear set of guidelines. Maybe I have missed it, is there one? Does such a thing exist? If so where might I find it?

Part of the challenge on here for people new to steemit is being able to discern and understand what's going on from all the countless posts available here about how to use this site, what its advantages (and pitfalls) are, about cryptocurrency, block chain technology and bots, resteeming bots and so on, and there seems to be a HUGE amount of knowledgeable people who try to help out. And while there are lots of videos about this in all the usual places, invariably they reflect the point of view of the person, NOT the community as a whole. Would you agree, I'm excited to hear (or more accurately...read) your views? ⭐️
