If you post pictures on Steemit you know resizing pictures individually can be a daunting task. Luckily, there is a way to resize them all at once on a Windows PC without any special software.
HOW TO RESIZE MULTIPLE PICTURES WITHOUT SPECIAL SOFTWARE
- If you want to keep your original photo size I recommend creating a new folder for the smaller pictures you wish to upload.
- Open up the folder or drive location of the pictures you wish to resize.
- Select the pictures you wish to resize. You can use Ctrl and Mouse Left-click to pick them individually and keep multiple selections highlighted or you can hit Ctrl + A to automatically select all pictures at once.
- Right-click your mouse and follow the path: Send To and Mail Recipient.
- A window will pop up to resize your images. Select the size you desire and click Attach.
- An error message will pop up if you don't have your email set up. Do not close this window.
- Open up your Windows Search Bar and type %temp%
- Click the temp folder icon or tap Enter on your keyboard.
9.Select all the pictures you have converted in the temp folder so you can move them to the folder you have made for your resized photos. You can Right-click and select Copy or you can drag and drop the pictures to the folder you created. If you decide to right-click and Copy; Open up the folder you decide to transfer the pictures to and click Paste. This is my preferred method because there is nothing like accidently dropping multiple pictures onto your desktop screen!
- As Emeril would say, "BAM!" you now have a new folder with your resized images!
