This platform is such a great idea. I will definitely stay here plus invest.
Finally Bloggers and so on get rewarded directly for their content.
In the old platforms you only get rewarded indirectly with advertising for stuff the assumed target group probably likes.

there is a lot of uncertainty in this process and it definitely leads to youtube, facebook and such becoming what TV already is. BORING!
Only content that is sure to offend nobody. Which is also sth nobody is interested in. Plus you always have to include a strategy how to monetise your content.
TV is just long commercials interrupted by short commercials.

Now on Steemit you can just produce content and if anyone is interested, you will get rewarded. You can just focus on your topic.
For sure this will lead to much more specialized and interesting topics, a much broader range of viewpoints and everyone will find sth that suits him.
Actually this is what youtube used to be, but those days are over....
