It stunk to me but my roommate who LOVES seafood said it was amazing. It was shrimp and scallions. Are scallions the same as prawns?

They don't stink as much as fish does to me.
are scallions fish? It all stinks to me. XD lol But yes he has made fish at home that is MUCH worse. haha
