in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Lately plagiarism is invading more and more this platform in which many people are not dedicated to research on how should be the use of Steemit with respect to publications, the original content is extremely important as well It avoids the overload of the same information in each of the posts and that, for their part, they take away the valuable credit from the various authors who take their time to create their publications and these are copied by other users.

What is plagiarism?

Wikipedia defines plagiarism as:

The action of copying the substantial works of others, giving them as their own. So, a person commits plagiarism if he copies or imitates something that does not belong to him and pretends to be the author of it without his authorization. In the case of written documents, for example, this offense is typified when, without using quotation marks or without explicitly indicating the origin, or citing the original source of the information, an idea, a paragraph, a foreign phrase, a photograph is included. or the complete work.

The theft of content is the day to day in Steemit and makes every time the posts are difficult to heal since they fill & the network of the same content making it impossible to cure the original content.

The importance of the original content is necessary to avoid this so-called "information theft" and thus make this platform grow with different types of post in which the same is not talked about and give credit to whoever deserves it, whether by description, history, summary, photography or others.

Steemit is a platform in which you can publish many things about your authorship, helping to improve the quality of posts and avoid being branded as a content thief, if you are new or if it is difficult for you. think that publishing here I leave some tips of relevant things you can do here:

  • Photographs: The art of photography is one of the best received by the public because with a simple photo you can describe thousands of things that happen in a certain place.
    • Paintings: The works of art are very popular as long as you publish the process of how you came to do them.
    • Your daily life: Post about yourself makes many people want to know more about your publications and be interested in what you do in your day.
    • Musical projects: These are good but they also do not guarantee public approval because Steemit mostly focuses on writing.
    • Contributions that help improve the community: You can give your help to the community as long as you do it in order to improve Steemit.
    • Upload videos: It is common to see videos uploaded through Dtube in which many people share their personal experiences.
