Booya, the founder has spoken! Thank you @ned. Payout is back! Visibility is back! This behavior and suspicious activity to funnel payouts into posts by their "friends" or whatever is going on needs to be looked at. It's not simply "free market dynamics" of "competition", because the payouts come from the community pool! We are all paying for this funneling and siphoning of payouts to certain accounts some "whales" selectively upvote.
