He is a star performer, doing his best to help us Minnows achieve success on this amazing platform. In my short time here, I have noticed that it is possible for our posts (even some of the best) to vanish into oblivion and gather dust.

He and a few others like him make it easier for us to get started. I think that is worthy of appreciation.
