You sell though an exchange, I'm not sure why they have the buy and sell buttons on that page, but it might have to do with once you are linked to an exchange account (I haven't got that far yet) :)
If you tell me which one you want to sell (STEEM or SBD) I'll try to find what exchanges you can go through. But it is liquid, I see the volume every day...
