Why do I say this? Look at the reasons below
Reason no.1- Communication
Like any other relationship a proper business relies on good communication, without this you will surely fail. I am not talking about the communication that ends up in a sale like a sales copy I am talking about making business friends and connections that last and make for repeat business. Go out there and not to sell people stuff but to share insight, to establish connections and loyalties that last for a heck of a long time. Don’t believe me? How many people are loyal to Coca-Cola even though there are similar soft drink companies.
Reason no.2- Breakups
You should always know when a business partner or a deal is not really your cup of tea before even considering partnership and you need partners that are committed. The reason why is that if you don’t you will end not enjoying the thing you thought you were gonna love most. If you feel like your business partner is not invested in the business, just break it off and stop doing business with them.
Reason no.3- Heartbreak
In any business I don’t care if your bill gates or warren buffet business will take it’s toll on you especially when you are in the infancy stages like starting start ups or venturing into an existing business you know nothing about. You initially have peaked interest in it that is what makes you invest a ton of money and you lose it all or gain a little in ROI, you emotionally breakdown and feel like quitting and feel guilty because you have told so many people that you’re gonna buy this and that for them. It sucks losing but it is what you take from that lesson that really turns the whole business thing on it’s head. Are you a quitter or a loser? Pick one and go live with it.
Reason #4- Infidelity
Ever watched an episode of cheaters? Well if you haven’t I am very sure that you’ve been cheated on, you’re being cheated on or you simply are the one doing the cheating. Cheating is caused by various reasons but seeing something more prettier is always the reason. It’s the same thing in business, people are often the sufferers of shiny object syndrome. What it means is that they find a good business and run it for a short while until they find a great business, one that has all the work done for you and is all push button and then they find another one with better bells and whistles than that one and the process keeps going on and on. The problem with this is you will not make money not because your business model was a scam but because you kept on chasing the next best thing. Stick to your business and maintain it before diversifying.
Reason #5- You’re clingy
I know you might have heard this thing in a relationship. It sucks to hear because you think you’re doing a good thing but you’re slowly killing the relationship with too much affection. The same goes for business you’re clinging onto a business and it hasn’t made you a dime in the last year, you’re frustrated, the kids you have are frustrated and you feel like your wife has been replaced with Freddy Krueger because she is always angry and ominous all the time. No one is responsible for this my friend but you, you saw that the market was saturated for the product you’re selling but yoou tried to sell it anyway, you played it safe and never wanted to reinvent the wheel so you got burned in the end. There’s a popular saying in the world of investing and it goes like “cut your losses and move on” you should try this too and see if it works people use it all the time and it works.
So there it is guys 5 reasons why business is a relationship. I hoped you learned a ton and if you think this post helped you out in some way or shed light on some things please RESTEEM, UPVOTE and COMMENT.
