It's a great pleasure for me that I've just exceeded the 500 followers. Currently it is 501.
Why is this big rise? I think it's because I started the #colorchallenge a few weeks ago, and many people joined to this movement, even though I did not promise any STEEM reward. I think this is the place where people are easier to motivate.

Now you can see the tag #colorchallenge among the trending tags, on the 40th place! I'm very grateful to all of the colorchallengers, and to all of other Steem-friends, who have ever upvoted and resteemed my posts!

The "fruit" of my 5 months work just started to really come in.

My message for the beginners:

• Do not worry about how much you earn.
• Do not worry about how much upvote you get!
• Do not worry, if your post is undervalued (I have many-many such posts that would worth much more than the cents I got for them (Instead of 20-25 dollars, I got only 50 cents).
• Feel free to upvote and resteem your favourite posts from other steemians.
• Build relationships with whales and dolphins, but don't forget the little minnows!
• Less is more: 3-5 posts/day are enough! Edit them carefully, use only original content, put the best photo on the first place to have a good thumbnail!
• Write meaningful posts and comments (not only "nice post")
• Do not beg for upvotes, follows and resteems, forget the phrase "vote for vote".
• You need enthusiasm and eagerness, you should love what you do! Don't do it just for money! If you feel compulsion, rather stop it for a while. Vain and cramped effort will not lead you to results. Take your hard work easy, it's a big play!
• You will never be perfect, just better. Do not hesitate, begin it now, and hold on!
