This is an awesome post @eaglespirit. I just started blogging myself, it is hard to stay consistent so I do every other day to slowly get into blogging life.
I love to know more about natural medicine. Are you making them?

no worries, don't stress and do what you can. i am not making natural medicine tho i take them. LOL
tincture mostly and i will be learning how the native american way soon.
