I am using busy right now and same as you I uploaded a cover photo and it didn't seem to work but a few hours later it popped up! It cut off my image in a weird way though so I have to fix it. I had a few glitches and posted about them but some people at busy responded and said that they were working on it, I like it so far and it looks very promising!

I spoke to them about it too and they said they're going to try to work out those kinks, hopefully they do because it would be so fun to have a cover photo feature :)
