My guess is Ned took that back one week before SteemFest, probably part of the reason being the fest use.

Sharing out between us sounds like a good dream.
I think that was just an experiment, I checked http://www.steemreports.com/outgoing-votes-info for the outgoing votes charts, I have to say @surpassinggoogle is doing a great job.
I do think it's actually hard to keep outgoing votes spread out like this, which needs putting a lot of time and energy. I don't think those 6 's charts look that bad neither. Of course myself was the beneficiary of Ned's delegation, honestly.
