Perhaps part of it has to do with the HF itself? Cleaning up the economics a bit before some sort of joint collaboration?

Though I still think more flags/downvotes is going to do more harm than good. It says right on the whitepaper that we shouldn't be focused on eliminated abuse as it will also be a barrier to new users. Instead, our goals should be getting as many people as possible using the platform.
