Thanks for welcoming our Co-Founder and CEO to Steemit, @herman2141. The next step is of course for our leader to read the whitepaper he helped write, introduce himself properly to the community he already knows, and then set about earning his first Steem tokens which he already has. Then I'm sure he will deserve your follow and you can help guide him toward being an intelligent Steemian who stays on top of things like you do. :)
